This system is designed to allow a variety of
different types of event to be set up.
Examples include:
- Breakfast meeting
- Workshop
- Intensive Learning Day
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Course
- Action Learning Set
- Seminar
Each event may be Sponsored by one or more Facilitators:
Details of the Venue are held in a table. Each
event may run for a number of days. In some cases
the dates may not necessarily be continuous.
A number of costs can be set up for the event
- they may be different if the delegate is a member
of the organisation.
Speaker Names are held as are the names of the
organisations representative.
Various extras may need to be added to account
for additional items such as dinners etc.
A number of addresses may be held. These may be
the home or contact address of the delegate
The Delegates organisation / Company address.
The address of the person who is paying for the
course. The system will also allow for multiple
bookings to be made when the actual names of the
delegates are not known at the time of booking.
Deposit information can also be logged. A list
alternative events if this one is full.
The total number of available places is updated
with every booking made. Additional features are
available to flag if it is the first time that
the delegate has attended the event.
Name Badges can be printed
Each delegate can have any special needs logged
on his record that is automatically added to each
booking as it is made.
